Molly McDermott - Massage Therapist

Massage has been a part of my life since childhood, when I instinctively began helping others, like my mother who suffered with stress and some health complications, feel better through touch. That early experience sparked a lifelong fascination with the human body — how it moves, functions, and heals — which eventually led me to pursue massage therapy as a career I genuinely love.

My interest deepened further after going through my own health challenges, which taught me just how closely physical and mental wellbeing are connected. That experience gave me not only a deeper empathy for others, but also a drive to help people reconnect with their bodies and feel empowered in their healing.

I am trained in multiple massage disciplines, however, I take a holistic, personalised approach — no two bodies are the same, and every treatment is tailored to the individual.

Having previously worked in Urgent Care, I understand the toll that stress and long hours can take. Now, I’m passionate about helping others feel their best, whether that’s through relieving pain, improving movement, or simply finding space to unwind. Outside the clinic, I enjoy running, training, and spending time in the mountains — all of which remind me daily of the importance of looking after both body and mind

Thank you
